Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of the testing process
Define testing strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements
Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure test coverage
Monitor and report on testing progress, test coverage, and defect metrics to project stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing activities
Coordinate with development teams to track and resolve software defects and anomalies
Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Proven experience working as a Testing Manager or in a similar leadership role within the banking industry
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
Experience with agile development methodologies
Knowledge of banking domain and regulatory compliance
Professional certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
