We are seeking a proactive Junior Operations Coordinator to join our London office. This hybrid role will support the daily operations of the team, assist with administrative tasks, and help maintain smooth workflows across property, research, and client services teams. The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain practical experience within the property and professional services industry.

Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and documentation
Assist with property reports and general administrative tasks
Maintain internal systems, databases, and operational records
Support operational projects and team activities
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders when required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
