You'll be working on software that helps companies connect their employees with their benefits offerings. Here's how you'll make a difference:

Work with our Lead Architects to improve both user experience and system architecture
Collaborate with designers to bring creative frontend solutions to life
Design and implement efficient backend services and APIs
Take ownership of features from database to user interface, asking the right questions and offering innovative solutions
Create clean, efficient code that maintains our high standards of quality across the stack

Core Skills

Frontend: Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap expertise
Backend: Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js/Nest.js proficiency
Database: Experience with relational database design
Experience with designing, implementing, and documenting RESTful APIs
Unit & integration testing capabilities across the stack
Experience with Git and Github workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with web application security best practices

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with React or other modern frameworks
UI/UX design principles
Web accessibility knowledge
Performance optimization techniques
Strapi CMS experience
CI/CD implementation experience
Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Must Haves

Quiet, distraction-free work environment with stable internet
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and physical work location within the United State is required due to contractual obligations
Must pass a background check
