Our client is an international consultancy represented in twelve countries worldwide. Their work is customer-centric and interdisciplinary, supporting high-quality clients through every project phase—from strategy development to execution and steering.

We are seeking a driven and dynamic junior new business leader to join their UK & Ireland team. This is an enriching intercultural experience where you will collaborate across global offices and receive ongoing professional development and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support: Assist in the delivery of impactful projects for high-profile corporate clients.
Strategic Execution: Support the development and steering of client strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with international colleagues to deliver consistent, world-class consultancy services.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Corporate Business Development.
Conduct data analysis, research, and process assessments
Collaboration with third party stakeholders on queries and reporting
Support project management activities
Prepare presentations and deliverables
Support ad-hoc tasks and events
Contribute to actionable recommendations and implementation plans
Provide stakeholders with timely access to reports to support customer-facing meetings.

Salary: £28-30k per year with an annual bonus

Location: Hampshire / Surrey Border (Hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in business development or sales, ideally within the automotive or mobility sectors.
Strong understanding of the premium automotive market and its key players.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
