We are hiring for one of our Portfolio companies, Remote pass a Europe based Employee Experience Manager.

Collaborate closely with payroll, legal, CSM and other stakeholders to facilitate pre-onboarding, onboarding and post-onboarding employee activities.
Take ownership of the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score related to employee experience and onboarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Partner with client teams to understand their employee needs and challenges.
Design and implement comprehensive employee experience programs across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
Analyze employee engagement data and identify areas for improvement.
Lead project management initiatives related to employee experience.
Develop and deliver engaging communication materials to keep employees informed.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Employee Experience strategy aligned with our company culture and values.
Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and recognition.
Design and manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and career development programs.
Partner with other HR teams across Europe to ensure consistency and best practices in employee experience initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in employee experience and best practices.
Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees across all levels and departments.
Be a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within the company.

● 5+years of experience in employee experience, human resources, or a related field in Europe.

● Customer-centric and have significant experience building and nurturing relationships with employees.

● Experience working in a remote setup.

● Fluent in English
