Responsibilities

Identify client's apartment requirements and preferences
Conduct thorough research to identify available apartment options
Coordinate and schedule apartment viewings for clients

Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and update a database of available apartments for future reference

Hold a valid real estate agent license
Proven experience as a real estate agent or apartment locator
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
