Lead the onboarding, evangelization, collections, and customer service teams to serve customers quickly and effectively, appropriately identifying points susceptible to optimization and/or automation. Establish and maintain KPIs and goals for each of the operations area teams, and articulate results with the Performance Evaluation Model. Lead interaction with customers, ensuring effectiveness at touchpoints across all our channels. Analyze data and detect patterns that help us achieve a new understanding of financial risk. Apply your creativity daily to solve complex problems in our operations, anticipating customer needs, in a dynamic and exponentially growing context. Assume the role of Compliance Officer. Be the point of contact for critical operation vendors. Basic requirements: 2+ years of experience in consulting, billing, credit and/or collections, or operations in financial institutions. Experience leading teams. Experience in redesigning or improving processes, either as a primary function or by project. Experience in management by KPIs. Experience analyzing transactional data (e.g., daily sales, daily collections, etc.). Intermediate proficiency in Office and Google Sheets. Intermediate English. Desirable requirements: Agile mindset. Knowledge of financial mathematics (e.g., interest rates). Experience in the financial sector. Experience handling difficult clients. Experience in SQL. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and in collaborative environments. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, meeting challenging deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
