If you are a highly technical, fast-paced coder (full-stack, frontend, or backend) and love solving complex challenges, especially building web and mobile apps, then we want you to apply. We are looking for someone who has experience or specializes in: • Building web apps in React • Building iOS/Android mobile apps in React Native, Swift, or Kotlin • Building backends in NestJS or Node.js • Building marketplaces, reverse marketplaces, or auction systems These more technical skills are an additional plus: • Experience leveraging APIs for deep integrations with both iOS and Android platforms • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON • Solid understanding of mobile development platforms, including iOS Frameworks, Android Libraries, SDKs, and APIs for push notifications • Strong knowledge of iOS/Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices • Familiarity with native build tools like XCode, Gradle, and Android Studio • Experience with AWS • Experience with React Hooks • Ability to write clean, well-documented code • An entrepreneurial mentality where you are comfortable working in an exciting, fast-paced, and autonomous environment • Prior startup experience where you have worked on building a mobile app or something else from scratch • A strong product-oriented mindset • Interest in cars and automotive is a plus

You will drive diagnostic accuracy, value realization, turnaround speed, and network quality across a portfolio of large fleet clients and service centers. \ \ You will also help shape product direction by turning customer problems and technical insights into clear product requirements, working closely with the engineering team to define feature scope and set priorities. This is a high-leverage role designed for a highly-capable, results-driven automotive professional who can reliably execute with attention to detail, present client feedback with context for translation into actionable plans or into enhancing/new product features, and ensure our customers realize transformative value through Carma’s platform.\ \ **What You'll Do** * Act as the primary automotive technical expert for Carma, providing fast, accurate guidance to fleet clients, service partners, and Carma’s internal teams * Lead our Operational Support team and hire the highest caliber of ASE-Certified Master Technicians to join the team * Validate complex repair recommendations and diagnostics to ensure fairness, accuracy, and transparency * Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to translate customer feedback and insights into scalable product improvements * Support Carma’s service center partners with diagnostic support and quality standards, fostering service excellence across our network * Identify inefficiencies and contribute to SOPs and automated processes that drive operational excellence **About You**\ \ **Must-Haves:** * ASE-Certified Master Technician (A1–A8) with 6+ years of automotive experience * Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills * Be an advanced user of ALLDATA, Mitchell 1 ProDemand, MOTOR, and related automotive reference systems * Proven ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in fast-moving environments * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace * Leadership or mentorship experience **Nice-to-Haves:** * Familiarity with SaaS products or startup operations * Data-driven mindset and comfort using analytics tools **Not a Fit If:** * You’re looking for a 9–5 with fixed hours * You’re uncomfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * You need rigid structure or hand-holding to be effective * You lead with ego instead of curiosity, collaboration, and accountability * You struggle to balance competing priorities across strategic and tactical work
