Jobrain is looking for a talentedSoftware Engineer to help build and scale ourAI-driven recruitment platform. You’ll be working with a cutting-edge tech stack, includingTypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL (Neon/Supabase), AWS SageMaker, and machine learning to create an intelligent and seamless hiring experience for recruiters and candidates.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintainscalable, high-performance applications usingNext.js (React) and NestJS (Node.js).
Work withPostgreSQL (NeonDB or Supabase) to design and optimize database queries.
Deploy and manage applications onVercel for frontend andAWS SageMaker for ML model inference.
Implementmachine learning pipelines for candidate evaluation and job matching.
Design and developinteractive UI components usingShadCN and other modern UI frameworks.
Collaborate withML engineers, recruiters, and platform consultants to refine algorithms and enhance platform intelligence.
Build and optimizeAPIs and microservices for handling real-time data, user interactions, and AI-driven recommendations.
Maintainhigh-quality, well-documented code and participate incode reviews.

Proficiency in TypeScript & JavaScript with experience inNext.js & NestJS.

Strong understanding ofPostgreSQL (NeonDB or Supabase experience is a plus).
Experience withVercel for frontend deployment andAWS SageMaker for ML model deployment.
Knowledge ofPython andmachine learning fundamentals (ML model training, evaluation, and inference).
Familiarity withUI frameworks like ShadCN for designing intuitive interfaces.
Experience inAPI development, microservices architecture, and database optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and acollaborative mindset.
Ability to workindependently in aremote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience withreal-time systems using WebSockets or event-driven architecture.
Understanding ofAI-powered recruitment systems andML model integration in production environments.
Familiarity withserverless computing and cloud functions (AWS Lambda).
