Part-Time Business Automation Specialist (Remote) – Law Firm

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Hours: Flexible, but must be available 9 AM - 12 PM EST

We are a forward-thinking law firm looking to modernize and streamline ourCRM and project management processes through automation and AI integration. We useMonday.com, Zoho, Zapier, and Google Workspace, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver to help us optimize workflows, integrate AI tools, and enhance efficiency.

Role Overview:

As aBusiness Automation Specialist, you will be responsible forautomating workflows, integrating applications, and improving our CRM and project management processes. You'll leveragelow-code/no-code tools to build seamless automations and should be comfortable working withAPIs to connect different platforms.

Whilecoding experience is not required, it is a big plus, as future projects may involve custom development. Interest inlaw and legal tech is also a bonus, as we aim to build AI-driven solutions tailored to legal workflows.

Responsibilities:

Automate business processes usingMonday.com, Zoho, Zapier, and Google Workspace.
Optimize CRM and project management workflows to improve efficiency.
Integrate AI tools into existing workflows and help developcustom AI agents/solutions.
Work with APIs to connect and enhance various software applications.
Document processes and provide training or guidelines for staff as needed.
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to technology and automation.
Stay up to date with emerging AI and automation trends, particularly in the legal industry.

Experience withMonday.com, Zoho, Zapier, and Google Workspace (or willingness to learn).
Familiarity with APIs and ability to set up integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Interest inAI, automation, and workflow optimization.
Coding experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is a big plus but not required.
Interest inlaw/legal tech is a plus but not mandatory.
