Responsibilities

Enter project data accurately into designated systems.
Maintain and update project records and documentation.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure all data is current and correct.
Assist in generating regular project reports for stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines and flag any discrepancies or issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to data entry and project management.
Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and organizing project files.

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
