Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Social Media & Digital Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and promoting our educational programs through various social media platforms. You will work closely with the Communications Manager to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and supports our mission.

Primary Responsibilities

The role encompasses the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy for JA Greece, ensuring consistent brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Responsibilities include the creation and adaptation of content per platform, live coverage of events through posts, stories, and reels, and the development of event pages and newsletters. The position works in close collaboration with program managers to plan and execute monthly content calendars covering campaigns, announcements, activities, and events.
Additional responsibilities include community management, monitoring and responding to social media interactions and mentions, editing visual content using tools such as Canva, managing paid social media advertising campaigns, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics related to engagement, reach, and audience growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Greek and English.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
