Jackie Elise LLC is a full-service matchmaking company, based in Austin, TX that provides quality introductions and curates dating experiences for selective Clients seeking a serious relationship, within the U.S.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn the recruitment process that many companies use to find qualified employees, but specifically within the dating industry, finding qualified matches for high-profile clients.If you are interested in becoming a Matchmaker or working in the dating industry, this will be a fun hands-on experience!

Responsibilities and learning opportunities include, but are not limited to:

Weekly check-in with CEO (remote or in-person)
Learning clients' personality, values, dating goals, and physical preferences
Building lists of qualified leads, researching candidates, and reaching out via various social media platforms
Following up with potential matches, collecting information, and adding candidates to the database
Shadowing CEO during matchmaking to learn important determining factors that go into the decision-making process
Overview of important personality tests and reading recommendations
~ 5-10 hours weekly for duration of internship

*This is an unpaid internship for currently enrolled University Students seeking college credit or experience. However, this position could lead to a paid position

Interest in the dating industry preferred <3 and/or in recruiting
Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other various channels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
Comfortable with objection handling, conflict and rejection
Independent thinker and Lifelong Learner
Time Management and Process Oriented
