• Assist in financial close process, including but not limited to preparation of month-end journal entries and reconciliations

• Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting
• Maintain the general ledger system and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Review and validate resale certificates for compliance with tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements within the general ledger function.
• Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the business grows and changes
• Assist in financial and statutory audit preparation
• Completes special projects as assigned
• Assist other teams as necessary to assure timely accounting processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years accounting experience for US based companies
• Need more General Accounting background
• Journal entry preparations(accruals, prepayments, bank transactions etc), fixed asset accounting, payroll accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, financial statement preparations etc
• Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills
• Superb attention to detail, strong planning and excellent organization skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities; demonstrates flexibility as priorities change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
