Info Driven Solutions, a leading IT Managed Services Provider (MSP), is seeking a skilled and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and qualify potential leads for our IT services, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a knack for research and analysis.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads within target industries and verticals through various channels including online research, social media, industry publications, and networking events.
Utilize lead generation tools and platforms to gather contact information and insights on prospects.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria including budget, timeline, and IT needs, ensuring alignment with our services and solutions.
Nurture and maintain relationships with prospects through follow-up communication and engagement, providing relevant information and resources to move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
Track and analyze lead generation activities, metrics, and outcomes to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation efforts, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT services or technology industry.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, including managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and articulate value propositions to prospects.
Proficiency in lead generation tools and platforms such as CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and analyze lead generation performance metrics.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
