Lead Engineer - Campaign Experience

You will be responsible for:
As an Experience Engineer, you will lead the technical implementation and quality assurance of omnichannel campaigns across Email, SMS, and other channels using ACM, AJO - Adobe Experience Cloud tools. You’ll design, build, and test customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), manage audience segmentation in Adobe CDP, and support execution through Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, from content personalization to metadata configuration and campaign QA.

Must have:

o 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, or web/email development.
o Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
o Proficiency in building omnichannel journeys across Email, SMS, and web.
o Expertise in responsive HTML and dynamic, modular email development.
o Strong QA skills for journeys, assets, metadata, and personalization rules.
o Familiarity with Adobe CDP for audience creation, activation, and maintenance.
o Understanding of metadata tagging, delivery codes, and experience tracking.
o Experience in campaign troubleshooting, asset deployment, and journey optimization.
o Skilled in JavaScript, CSS, and dynamic content setup for email and web.
o Capable of managing campaign briefs, preparing QA audit checklists, and validating assets prior to launch.
o Experience running status calls, working through platforms like Workfront or RMS, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
o Proven ability to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
o Experience working in or supporting highly regulated industries (healthcare/pharma preferred).
o Based in the United States or authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have:

o Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript or Python for personalization and automation use cases.
o Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP (acceptable as secondary experience).
o Familiarity with Workfront, metadata tools, and cross-functional workflow tools.
o Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization using Adobe Target.
o Strong collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
