Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee project schedules, deadlines, and workflows to ensure timely completion of all projects.
Maintain project documentation, databases, and records to ensure accurate tracking of project status and outcomes.
Facilitate communication between clients and team members, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on project objectives.
Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management review.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, reporting any discrepancies or areas of concern to management.
Schedule and organize virtual meetings, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes to document key discussions and decisions.
Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues that may arise during execution.

Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to team members and clients.
Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with business supplies and equipment industry trends and best practices is a plus.
