As we expand our online presence and creative reach, we’re seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to take our marketing strategy to the next level.

Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands-on execution across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage and grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

• Plan and run targeted paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Maintain and update the website, ensuring SEO best practices and a strong user experience

• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client nurture sequences

• Analyze campaign performance and provide monthly reports on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions)

• Collaborate with the photography and creative teams to repurpose content for digital channels

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

• Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and strengthen client relationships

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in creative or service-based industries
• Proven success managing social media platforms and digital ad campaigns
• Strong knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit), and Google Analytics
• Experience with web platforms (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress, or Shopify)
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Passion for visual storytelling and the creative industry
