Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager (Act), you will drive revenue by actively acquiring new clients and selling our services. Your role involves engaging potential customers through phone calls, meetings, and independent prospecting efforts.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Conduct active sales through:
Cold calling (phone)
Online and in-person meetings
Convert inbound leads into sales (warm calls)
Independently search for and acquire new customers

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Knowledge of active sales techniques, including:
5-Step Sales Model (mandatory)
SPIN Selling technique (preferred)
Strong communication, active listening, and dialogue-building skills
Proven track record of closing deals
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
A stable internet connection
A personal PC capable of installing required software
A dedicated workspace free from interruptions
Basic proficiency with Google apps (Mail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Performance-Based Opportunities:
High-performing Sales Managers (Act) may be promoted to the Retention Team, where they will manage and grow existing client relationships.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager (Retention), your focus will be on building long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, and motivating them to fund their accounts.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Retain and develop relationships with existing clients
Use company scripts to re-engage and maintain returning clients
Apply knowledge of the Forex market to build professional trust
Analyze client needs, conduct effective dialogues, and provide tailored solutions

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲:
Mastery of sales techniques, including:

Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Familiarity with CRM software
