Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in the dental lab industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships.

This role is based in the Boston area and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative team that values initiative and results.

Key responsibilities include:

Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, outbound outreach, and inbound leads.
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify market opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the dental lab industry or healthcare software.
Proven track record of success with end-to-end small and medium deal cycles and complex sales environments.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Technologically adept and comfortable utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
