Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guidance to both internal and/or external contracted developers, ensuring best practices and optimal design choices are consistently upheld.
Design and model sophisticated automations, workflows, and decision trees, making informed decisions on the integration of tools and platforms.
Determine the appropriate technology stacks and frameworks for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Engage with stakeholders to translate business objectives into detailed technical specifications.
Contribute hands-on to coding efforts when necessary, while also reviewing and ensuring the quality of code produced by the team.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, ensuring the team's methodologies and tools are current and effective.
Collaborate with and guide all associated developers, whether they are internal team members or external contractors, ensuring technical excellence and cohesion in all development activities.
Oversee complex technical implementations, such as API integrations, website creation and maintenance, and data extraction processes.
Drive the project lifecycle, ensuring timely deliverables, efficient resource allocation, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Solid foundation in software development principles.
Proven experience in designing and implementing automation workflows.
Strong ability to analyze and choose between different technology stacks based on project needs.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert business needs into robust technical solutions.
Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Google Apps Script, Zapier, WordPress, and others.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a focus on simplifying complex scenarios and optimizing performance and scalability.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English (C1 or above).

Hands-on coding experience in multiple programming languages or frameworks, proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with diverse frameworks and platforms.
Prior exposure to Google Workspace applications and integrations.
