Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user experience requirements.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that clearly communicate design ideas and concepts.
Develop user personas and user journey maps that guide the design process.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data to enhance user satisfaction.
Ensure that all designs are in alignment with Hyphen's brand guidelines and design standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a technology or accounting-related environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process, highlighting your problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar programs.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
