Get To Know The Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Lead to join the team. As a BD Lead, you will be responsible for new opportunities to grow and capture new user segments.

Build strong relationships within the community and partners to identify and pursue opportunities that drive new user growth for the platform
Manage various partnerships and contribute to both online and offline growth campaigns and events
Monitor on the ground market sensitivity to track key nascent market trends
Work with the product team to prioritize key features based on your market and customer research

Requirements:

At least 2 years of professional experience in the web3 industry, preferably in the business development and product verticals
At least 1 year of experience in BD at a centralized exchange
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote environment
A rich network of industry connections
Detail oriented and results-focused
