YOU ARE GOING TO:

Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Perform market analysis and research on competition
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web)
Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
Analyze user engagement (e.g., click-through and bounce rates)
Report on web traffic from all social media

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication or Marketing,

has experience or good understanding of Social Media Management, Content Creation, Copywriting, Data Collection and Analysis.

Highly developed computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A growth mindset
Willing to engage and get involved with the Fair company culture
Ability to commit 7-10 hours a week
