We're currently seeking a dedicated1st Line IT Support Analyst on behalf of one of our clients — a dynamic, growing organisation looking to build an exceptional internal IT support team.

The Role
This is a great opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for end users, helping to resolve a range of technical issues while ensuring a seamless support experience.

You’ll need to be confident, approachable, and capable of translating technical fixes into clear, user-friendly guidance.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar 1st Line Support or IT Service Desk role

Strong communication skills with a friendly, can-do approach

Confidence supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools

Basic understanding of networks and IT systems

Calm under pressure, well-organised, and detail-oriented

Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment
