Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations and evaluate auto insurance claims to determine coverage and liability.
Collect and analyze all necessary data, including police reports, medical records, and photographs, to make informed decisions.
Negotiate and settle claims, ensuring fair and timely resolutions for customers and the company.
Collaborate with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to gather required information and provide updates on the claim status.
Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry guidelines throughout the claims process.
Utilize claims management software and tools to accurately document and process claims.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to maintain expertise in the field.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience as an Auto Claims Adjuster or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of auto insurance policies, coverage, and claim processing procedures.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, claimants, and other stakeholders.
Exceptional organization and time management abilities to handle multiple claims simultaneously.
Proficiency in using claims management systems, databases, and software applications.
Valid driver's license and working knowledge of automobile repair processes.
