DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR (TEMPORARY - 3 to 4 Months)

The Digital Marketing Coordinator (temporary) position will focus on brand positioning, messaging, target demographics and digital platforms. This role will also partner with our digital partners to implement marketing strategy to meet goals for brand awareness, conversions, and bookings. This team member will enjoy the nuances of each location’s unique value and demographics and adapting to the voice and tone for each unique brand position. The ideal candidate is creative, independent, proactive, collaborative, and enjoys having full ownership over their scope of work, as an essential function within a larger team.

BALANCE OF DUTIES

50% Creative – designing graphics for social/websites/ads, writing newsletters and blogs, selecting imagery, updating content on websites, writing ads.
30% Project + Account Management – managing our partners, giving them the direction for the following months, communicating with operations directors and park managers, responding to managers' asset requests, booking photoshoots, budget management, providing clear communication to clients.
20% Analytics + Strategy Adjustment – review monthly reports, plan content/themes for future seasons/months based on data and successes.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Content Creation: Experience creating graphics for social posts, ads, websites, brochures, etc. Write SEO-results driven blog posts, newsletters, and social media content. Advise on algorithm and hashtag or platform trends. Ensure properties are represented in accurate yet aspirational tone, and on brand in voice/images.
Google Ads: Experience creating Google search and display, remarketing and competitive campaigns and how to optimize for conversions.
Facebook Ads: Experience setting up and creating Facebook Ad Campaigns, Ad Sets and Ad Creative using Custom and Lookalike audiences, and Dynamic Creative for optimum traffic and link clicks.
Data Analytics: Setup, maintenance and monitoring of Google Analytics, Data Studio and Tag Manager. Setup and maintenance of Facebook Business pixels and events. Provide monthly analysis and opportunities for continual optimization of marketing channels.
Mailchimp: Setup campaigns using prebuilt template, writing conversion-worthy subject and preview copy, selecting brand imagery, and creating messaging to promote the brand and offers and to increase click-through and revenue.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED

The Digital Marketing Coordinator (temporary - 3 to 4 months) position exercises no supervision of direct reports, however, does oversee our vendor partners and consultants.

LOCATION

Our team works remotely. This team member would work remotely and be expected to have a computer or laptop as well as reliable and secure internet access.

Associate degree in Digital Media Marketing or similar, plus additional two years’ experience in the field, or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or closely related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a role related to creative marketing, digital marketing, or general marketing.
Bonus points for small agency experience.
Extra bonus points for experience in traditional hospitality, food and beverage, or outdoor hospitality industries.

Salary $3,750 to $5,300 monthly. Due to this position being 3 to 4 months, eligibility will not be met for benefits, therefore, will not be available.
