Position Overview

As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced and ambitiousClient Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is acommission-based role, ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels inlead generation,client acquisition, andstrategic sales. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients through diverse channels, including networking events, social media, industry platforms, and direct outreach.
Sales Strategy: Understand client needs and challenges, presenting tailored solutions from HireHint to meet those requirements effectively.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and promoting long-term partnerships.
Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the company’s CRM.
Collaboration: Partner closely with HireHint’s internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful execution of services.

Qualifications

Experience:

3-5 years of experience inlead generation,sales, orbusiness development, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency in the U.S.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients.
Proven success in identifying business opportunities and developing strategic sales approaches.
Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms to track and manage client interactions effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
