Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's vision and mission
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Attract, develop, and retain top talent, and provide coaching and mentorship to team members
Drive business development efforts and identify new growth opportunities
Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with strong knowledge of asset management, investment banking, and wealth management
Proven track record in successfully leading and growing a multi-disciplined financial firm
Strong understanding of global financial markets and economic trends
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
