We are nowactively seeking 4th-year residents and fellows who want to begin their outpatient journey part time—starting as early as the New Year—with the opportunity toexpand hours over time and transition into a full-time attending role.

🧑‍⚕️About the Role

Part-Time Psychiatrist (with option to ramp to full-time)
In-person and telehealth options available

You will:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management
Work closely with therapists, care coordinators, and other clinicians
Participate in case consultations and interprofessional learning
Grow your caseload at a pace that aligns with your training schedule and career goals
Step into a practice that values your voice, your ideas, and your clinical growth

Compensation:

$150/hour for Board-Eligible psychiatrists
$200–$250/hour for Board-Certified psychiatrists (dependent on schedule)

Minimum: 8 clinical hours per week, with flexibility around academic schedules.

📌Qualifications

We welcome applications from:

Current4th-year psychiatry residents
Currentfellows in any psychiatry subspecialty
Recent graduates preparing for board certification

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion (or near completion) of psychiatry residency
Board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
Interest in outpatient psychiatry and collaborative care
Familiarity with telehealth is a plus

This is a part time role and will be paid as a 1099 contractor. However, if the successful applicant chooses to grow at the practice and transition to full time work they will receive:
