Job Description:

Halo Industries, Inc. is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern: Recruiting Coordination to join our HR team for a rewarding internship experience. You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and enhancing our candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

In this internship, you will assist with various tasks related to the recruiting process:

Coordinate scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
Assist in preparing interview materials, including candidate profiles and job descriptions.
Communicate with candidates through emails and phone calls to provide updates and manage expectations.
Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate information and hiring status.
Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, and social media platforms.
Participate in the onboarding process for new hires by gathering necessary documents and ensuring compliance.
Conduct research on recruitment strategies and industry trends to contribute to process improvements.
Assist in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of recruiting processes and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks.

Salary Range: 20–30 USD per hour
