Hacksaw Gaming is a fast-growing game development company specializing in innovative online casino content, delivering cutting-edge gaming products and experiences to partners worldwide. We are looking for a highly experienced, commercially strategicCountry Manager – Italy & Spain to lead our growth in Italy, while also supporting and developing our commercial presence in Spain. As the senior market leader, your primary focus will be owning and driving the Italian market strategy, commercial performance, and long-term growth agenda. You will also oversee Spain as a secondary market, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships, improve performance, and support future expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the execution of Hacksaw Gaming's commercial strategy for Italy as the primary market, ensuring sustainable growth, market leadership, and strong competitive positioning.
Oversee the Spanish market as a secondary territory, supporting commercial development, strengthening partner relationships, and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers across both markets, fostering a high-performance culture, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
Act as the senior strategic point of contact for key Italian operator partners, while maintaining and expanding strong relationships with relevant Spanish partners.
Drive revenue growth through Italian market expansion, portfolio optimization, strategic partnerships, and targeted commercial initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Proactively identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, player preferences, and regulatory developments, with a particular focus on shaping and influencing commercial strategy in Italy.
Monitor competitor activity and market performance across Italy and Spain, providing regular executive-level insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable market intelligence to senior management.
Support and coordinate new operator integrations, game launches, localization projects, and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring successful execution and commercial impact, particularly within the Italian market.
Represent Hacksaw Gaming as a senior commercial ambassador at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across Italy, Spain, and wider Europe, strengthening brand presence and strategic partnerships.
Own market performance reporting, prepare management presentations, and identify strategic opportunities to enhance commercial performance, operational effectiveness, and long-term business growth.

Essential Skills & Experience

Extensive commercial experience within the B2B iGaming sector.
Deep understanding of the Italian regulated gaming market is essential; Spanish market knowledge is a strong advantage.
Proven success in senior commercial, business development, account management, or country/market leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong strategic thinking, commercial negotiation, and business planning capabilities.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, particularly with Italian operators and industry stakeholders.
Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented approach to business management.
Fluency in Italian and English is essential; Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
Passion for gaming, innovation, and driving commercial success.
