Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
Prepare and draft presentations, reports, and other important documents for the CEO.
Monitor and manage deadlines and deliverables for various projects and initiatives.
Conduct research and compile information on various topics as assigned by the CEO.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate and assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, supporting C-level executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
