Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Take charge of the entire lifecycle of EC funded IT projects, funded by H2020 and Horizon Europe.
Design innovative ICT solutions and information systems that integrate cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, data analytics, edge computing, and remote sensing.
Implement methodologies to accurately specify user and technical requirements.
Write comprehensive deliverables and reports.
Oversee project scope, budget constraints, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to coordinate smooth implementation.
Coordinate effectively with specialized teams both within the company and externally.
Coordinate partners while monitoring work packages and day-to-day tasks.
Contribute to proposal writing for projects within the Horizon Europe framework and beyond.
Prepare and present compelling presentations to various stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings, networking events, conferences and workshops both in Greece and internationally.

Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical project management, collaborating closely with both technical and commercial teams, showcasing a strong track record of success.
At least 2 years of dedicated experience in European projects and proposals.
Proficiency in software design and development.
Familiarity with UML tools such as draw.io is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in IT projects aiming at smart farming, environmental monitoring, or other agri-food related initiatives would be an added advantage.
Knowledge in machine learning and/or statistics would be a valuable addition.
A Master’s degree or Doctorate would be an added advantage.
