Xterior Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our thriving team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality roofing and home siding solutions within the Greater Hudson Valley region. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with potential clients, showcasing our products and services while providing exceptional customer support. If you have a passion for sales, a strong working knowledge of the construction industry, and a drive to exceed targets, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and building relationships
Conduct in-home presentations and product demonstrations to illustrate the value of our services
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients
Collaborate with project management and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are met
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
Provide feedback on market trends and competitive products to assist in the strategy development
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Proven track record in sales, preferably in construction or home improvement
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
