The Wellness Coach will play a vital role in developing and implementing wellness programs that encourage healthy lifestyles, enhance productivity, and improve overall wellbeing for our team members. This role requires a proactive approach to engage and motivate individuals to achieve their wellness goals through personalized coaching, workshops, and resource development.

Your expertise will help foster a workplace culture that emphasizes health and wellness, making a positive difference within the Golden Ram community.

• Certified Wellness Coach or similar certification required.

• Proven experience in wellness coaching, health education, or related fields.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to develop and lead engaging workshops and presentations.

• Knowledge of nutrition, physical fitness, and mental health practices.

• Passion for promoting a healthy work environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
