Job description:

**Location:** Remote (based in California) **Type:** Contract (10-20 hours per week) **Compensation:** $30-$50/hr, depending on experience. **About the job:** We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee customer onboarding and lead new customer implementations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for our clients, managing processes, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness. **Responsibilities:** *New Client Implementations* - Lead the implementation of new client projects from initiation to completion. - Collaborate with product and customer support teams, as well as client stakeholders to ensure successful launch. - Establish and monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure client satisfaction. - Track and report progress on a regular cadence. *Customer Onboarding & Support* - Oversee the onboarding process for new tenants in coordination with our customer support specialists. - Ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding tasks and documentation. *Process Improvement* - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the operations workflow. *Communication* - Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to facilitate effective communication. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and key milestones. **Requirements:** - Experience in project management or operations management. - Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.
