### About Gleam Gleam is building a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) platform that helps lower the cost of high-quality health benefits for small businesses in the US. We help our customers with all the complicated banking, financial, and legal work of operating an HRA so that offering employees great coverage isn't complicated. With us, you'll get the chance to make a real difference for millions of small businesses and employees. ### About the role We're looking to hire a senior-equivalent engineer that is self-directed and can ship high-quality code quickly. You would be Employee #1, and would have a huge impact on the technical direction of the company. You don't need to be a fintech or insurtech expert to join us! We'll teach you everything you need to know about the domains we operate in. We're looking for S-tier team members, so that's our only expectation. ### Requirements - Experience as a mid/senior-level full stack engineer (or founder) - Startup experience is a plus ### What we value You're likely a good fit if you: - Have a founder mentality, ie. you think you'd like to start a startup one day - Have often been the driving technical force behind high-quality products - Keep an unreasonably high bar for yourself and others ### Relevant skills Here are some technologies we like to build with: - NextJS + React - GraphQL - Go - Amazon RDS (Postgres) + DynamoDB - AWS ECS Fargate and a bunch of other AWS services
