Job description:

Lexi is building the future of legal work. We’re creating **AI legal associates** that handle the grunt work, so lawyers can focus on strategy and judgment. **What you’ll do** * Architect and build the orchestration engine that coordinates multi-step AI workflows (Python/FastAPI, Postgres, Redis). * Integrate LLMs with retrieval-augmented generation, document understanding, and evaluation pipelines. * Implement enterprise-grade guardrails: RBAC, encryption, logging, latency optimization. * Build front-end features in React/Next.js to bring legal workflows to life. * Work closely with founders, and legal SMEs in rapid build–test–iterate cycles. **Why join us** * Work on complex problems at the intersection of AI, law, and enterprise software. * Join early and help define both product and culture. * Ship fast, own your work end-to-end, and see your impact on real-world legal teams.
