What you’ll do

Collaborate with clients to identify their business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. You will be responsible for bringing customers including merchants, fintechs and enterprise customers live with Ivy.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expert guidance on integration strategies, performance optimisation, and security best practices.
You will create, maintain and develop shop plugins or custom integrations.
You will assess the feasibility of different solution proposals and determine the best one for the client.
Support the entire sales process from first contact to go-live collaborating with Sales, Engineering and Product.

At least 3 years of experience in solution architecture, tech sales or software engineering for internet-based companies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in programming languages and the ability to learn new frameworks and languages quickly.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Bonus: Native German Speake
