What You’ll Be Doing:

Dive deep into payment-related queries, addressing customer concerns with empathy and precision.
Analyse and troubleshoot payment issues, proactively seeking out solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Serve as the friendly face of Apron, representing our brand values with pride and professionalism.
Collaborate with our talented team to lead projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining support processes.

Desired Traits:

3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the payments or financial sector.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward issue resolution.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Positive attitude and patience when working with customers.
Independence and initiative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
