Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accurate records of all community projects into the database.
Assist in generating reports and summaries related to project status and timelines.
Update project information based on feedback from project managers and team members.
Ensure all project documentation is filed and organized appropriately for easy access.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project data and information.
Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify project information.
Support project managers by providing timely updates and alerts regarding record discrepancies.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or business is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a community association or similar environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere, adapting to changing priorities.
