As an example, working closely with our government customers, we are assisting them to address cross domain security requirements laid out in a 2022 White House memorandum (National Security Memorandum -8, NSM-8, “Improving the Cybersecurity of National Security, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community Systems”), dated January 19, 2022, that references NSA’s Raise-The-Bar (RTB) initiative.

Overview of the role

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and self-driven Delivery Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This role will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring customer retention for our government focused cross-domain product line.

As a Garrison Delivery Manager (GDM) you will be responsible for establishing valuable long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner to ensure high customer satisfaction, and a measurable return on investment for our customers.

You'll be the face of our company to our customers and the voice of our customers within our company, ensuring that our customers realize the full value from our products, leading to increased customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. You will be playing a vital role in the growth of the business, ensuring that all customers become advocates of Garrison, and making it more likely that they will recommend our solutions to their colleagues and peers.

You will collaborate frequently with both technical and customer-facing teams within Garrison to support your customers – for strategic accounts you will be directly supporting and working closely with Account Execs in the delivery of account plans and strategies.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, both sharp and technically literate with the ability to develop strong customer relationships and to drive successful engagements.

Customer facing experience in cross-domain capability is heavily preferred, and ideally you will have proven success in delivering customer facing projects and/or services to Federal and/or IC clients.

The role will involve occasional travel and anti-social hours to ensure we are servicing our customers as best as possible.

Key responsibilities

Onboarding support-Guiding new customers through the Garrison onboarding process whilst managing, tracking and reporting against the onboarding project. Supporting customers in meeting their dependencies and reporting against pre-agreed Success Criteria. Ensuring that the customer understands and can effectively use Garrison.
Cross Domain Process expertise. -Working closely with customers to understand where they are in the various processes, providing guidance as needed to ensure successful Garrison product implementation. Basic understanding of the certification process and impacts to customers.
Adoption - Working closely with the customer to support any business change initiatives to drive adoption of Garrison; identifying new use cases and user groups.
Long term customer relationship management - Acting as a point of management escalation, acting as the voice of the customer within Garrison, leading service reviews and becoming a trusted customer partner.
Technical Liaison-Serving as the pivotal link between the customer's technical team and Garrison's technical team; managing technical relationships, assisting in gathering technical information, and facilitating technical support for the customer; ensuring that the customer gets access to the technical support they need to be successful.
Account Exec support - Working closely with and supporting Garrison Account Execs in the delivery against Account Exec owned account plans.
Garrison Understanding - Developing a detailed cross-discipline understanding of Garrison’s products to be able to articulate this to customers of various technical backgrounds.
Product Improvement - Contributing to product improvement through the identification and investigation of new features, improvements, and issues.
Business Reviews - Conducting regular check-in calls and business reviews with customers.
Customer Health - Monitoring and managing customer health, identifying risks and working with cross-functional teams to remedy.
Cross-Domain Industry Appreciation - Recognizing the industry that Garrison operates in and appreciating the importance of following Garrison's information security policies.
Renewal/Retention - Managing customer S&M renewals; planning for renewals early.

Skills and experience

Graduate-level qualification, ideally in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or similar engineering, technology discipline.
An appropriate Project Management certification or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
Skilled in delivery management - program and/or project management execution experience to including schedule development, management, and reporting.
Proven track record of delivering hardware solutions with software deployment requirements into Federal, Defense and IC clients, ideally cross domain technology.
General understanding of technical troubleshooting processes and procedures including managing expectations between internal and external parties as well as driving efforts to quick resolution.
Trade show support. Ability to articulate product capabilities to customer with a wide variety of Cross Domain experience and use cases.
Clear understanding of how to drive high customer satisfaction and to balance this against the needs and challenges of Garrison.
Self-motivated and adaptable with a positive mindset, you will enjoy helping customers and delivering results with a strong attention to detail.
The ability to anticipate, clearly identify and escalate problems early in the deployment phase of delivery.
Calm under pressure, maintaining a diplomatic manner even when being challenged and ability to generate actionable plans to resolve concerns.
Strong customer facing communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Working knowledge of collaboration tools including MS Teams as well as MS 365 products.
Proven track record of managing and growing complex customer relationships both remotely and in person.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization with frequently shifting priorities.
An appreciation for technology and for what we are trying to achieve at Garrison.
