### About Galen AI [Galen AI](https://www.galenai.com/) is building the future of personalized healthcare. Founded by Stanford CS graduates, we're developing an AI-powered virtual assistant that acts as your personal primary care physician. By aggregating your medical records from over 50,000 health institutions, wearable data from nearly a dozen devices, lab results, and any other medical data you own, Galen AI provides tailored health insights and recommendations. We've recently raised a seed round and are backed by world class investors including Y Combinator and Maven Ventures. ### About the Role As a founding full-stack engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping Galen AI's technical direction and product roadmap. You will own the end-to-end development of new features, from architecture to deployment. Your Tech Stack: * Required * Front-end: React, TypeScript * Back-end: TypeScript, Node.js, Python * AWS experience * Helpful * Experience building for LLMs (LangChain/LangGraph) * Supabase * AWS Healthlake * Swift (mobile dev) Other Requirements: * Strong engineering principles * Ability to develop, launch, and maintain core product features * 3+ years of relevant industry experience * Experience & comfort working at a fast-paced, early-stage startup * Exceptional communication skills and responsiveness, especially given that this could be a remote role * Willing to work 6 days a week (totaling \~50 hours per week) This is an incredible opportunity to join a well-funded, mission-driven startup at the ground floor.
