Position Overview:

We are seeking organized, proactive, and resourceful Virtual Assistants to join our growing team. As a Virtual Assistant at At Ease, you'll support clients across various industries with administrative, operational, and communication tasks. You will work remotely and enjoy the flexibility to balance work with military life and family life.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your clients, some of the key responsibilities might include:

Answer incoming phone calls for various different businesses during specific hour blocks across all US time zones.
Respond to emails and manage inboxes on behalf of clients.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Responsible for data entry, file organization, and document management.
Assist with social media management and scheduling and basic content support.
Perform other administrative tasks based on the needs of your client(s).

Identify as Military-Connected (Military Spouse, Veteran Spouse, Veteran, Military-Connected in another way)
Exceptional organization and time management skills.
Proven experience in administrative, executive assistant, or virtual assistance roles preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in multiple computer programs and workspaces. Examples: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Monday, etc.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
