Outside Sales Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct presentations and tile product demonstrations to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tile industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand the customer base

Proven experience as an outside tile sales representative or in a similar sales role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. English fluency is a must, bilingual Spanish is a plus!
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field experience (preferred)
Valid driver’s license, current insurance and willingness to travel
Reliable transportation
Legal authorization to work for any US employer
