About the role

We are looking to expand our small team to include a Customer Success Expert.

We are looking for someone who is highly strategic, data driven and customer focused. This is neither a pure sales nor support role; this is a broader role that is accountable for delivering long-term improvements to customer happiness and retention, and also helping at an operational level to onboard and retain customers.

The ideal candidate will be a master of their craft and therefore confident in owning this role and related metrics. They won't need direction, they will instead provide direction to our team. We are specifically looking for someone that values the customer's experience above all else and has the creativity to effect lasting change.

Requirements - Mandatory

Creative thinking about customer success
Located within US or EU timezones
Excellent spoken and written English

Requirements - Bonus

Experience in B2B customer success
Experience with Hubspot
Experience with SQL
