Responsibilities

Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the strategic direction of the organization.
Manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
Facilitate communication across departments, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Support the CEO in decision-making processes by providing relevant data and insights.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, suggesting improvements as necessary.
Prepare and present reports on progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives to the leadership team.
Oversee the onboarding and integration processes for new senior leaders or department heads.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role within a corporate environment.
Proven experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead and drive initiatives to completion.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for assessing complex situations and developing strategic solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a plus.
