Duties

Utilizethe Five Star CRM tool to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our Five Star AI Templates.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings using our very own Market Trends Digest and 5StarGPT.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technology sales or related fields is preferred.
Strong skills in collaboration sales, technical sales, and negotiation techniques.
Proficiency in using software tools, particularly Salesforce, for tracking sales activities.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving results.

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
