THE ROLE:

Project Managers are the front line to our roof installation operations. Main
responsibilities include reviewing sales orders and job scopes, ensuring equipment and materials are properly
accounted for, planning re-roof installations on-site, managing subcontractor crews during
installation, effective and thorough documentation of the installation, communication with
management regarding progress, problem solving on-site issues, homeowner communication throughout
the installation, and ﬁnal cleanup including homeowner ﬁnal walk throughs.

Responsibilities include:

Manage daily residential roofing installations
Coordinate subcontractor crews
Ensure projects stay on schedule
Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
Document installations with photos
Complete final quality inspections
Resolve field issues
Maintain a clean, safe jobsite
